Hi all! We've decided to change the location and date of the event to accomodate more classmates. We really want to see as many of you as possible, and Saturday seems to work for more people. So, to be clear, there is no event at Plumpjack on Sunday. Instead, we will be BBQ-ing at Regional Park on Saturday from 3:00-7:00 PM.
It is BYOB and BYO food to accommodate your own budget- so please also bring something to throw on the communal grill and perhaps a dish/dessert to share. Spouses, partners, and children are more than welcome. Dogs are allowed on leash (park rule effective through 10/31).
We were able to reserve the spot for just $100 and a cleaning fee of $300. We, the organizers, will pay the $100 and also provide condiments for your burgers and dogs (please bring your own buns). We simply ask that you donate money to reimburse us for our costs. We are also responsible for a $300 cleaning fee, so please be mindful.
If you are interested, there is a football game at 11:00 AM on Saturday--TTHS vs. Colfax. After the BBQ, we can informally have drinks downtown. We hope someone will organize this at the BBQ.
